  • Under processing of personal data we understand any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data, performed with or without the use of automated means.   • The Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions by entering his or her email address in a special field on a pop-up window inviting him or her to subscribe to the newsletter, and then clicking on the “Subscribe” button (“Subscribe”, “Register”). By performing these actions, the Customer sends his email address to the Advertiser for the purpose of further advertising and information mailings by email. 3.
  • When subscribing to and advertising and information mailings, Client provides the following information to the Advertiser: Last Name, First Name, e-mail address, and contact telephone number.
  • If the Client wishes to clarify personal data when personal data is incomplete, inaccurate or irrelevant, or wishes to withdraw its consent to the processing of personal data, the Client must send an official request to the Advertiser as follows: a letter with the subject “Clarify personal data” or “Stop processing of personal data” to the e-mail address j&[email protected]. The letter must specify the email address and the corresponding request. When withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the Client also refuses to receive promotional and informational mailings.

The advertiser uses the data provided by the Customer for the purposes of:

  • To send messages of advertising and informational nature;
  • To carry out activities to promote products and services;
  • Evaluating and analyzing the performance of the system of the Advertiser;
  • determination of a winner in promotional events held by Advertisers (third parties that have contractual relations with the Advertiser, whose goods and services are advertised in mailings);
  • analyzing purchasing features of the Client and providing personal recommendations;
  • informing the Client about promotions, discounts and special offers of the Advertiser by means of e-mail newsletters.

The Advertiser undertakes not to pass on the information received from the Client to third parties

It is not a breach of this clause to provide information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of a contract with the Advertiser to fulfill obligations to the Client and only within the framework of contracts. It shall not be deemed a breach of this clause if the distributor provides impersonal information about the Client to third parties in order to evaluate and analyze the performance of the distributor’s system, analyze the Client’s purchasing habits and provide personal recommendations.

It is not considered a breach of obligation to transmit information in accordance with reasonable and applicable legal requirements of USA.

The Advertiser is entitled to use “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and are not shared with third parties.

The advertiser receives information about the Client’s ip-address and information about the link from which Internet site the Client came. This information is not used to identify the Client.

When processing personal data the advertiser takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to it, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data.
