image Following the end of the writers strike, popular television shows are returning with fresh episodes. ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ will return to ABC with new episodes on April 24.

Hit television shows finally return with all-new episodes.

The wait is over. The Hollywood writers strike ended in mid-February, and your favorite shows are finally coming back on the air. After the writers had a 100-day walkout, over 90 percent of the writers who voted decided to go back to work. They agreed to a new three-year contract that makes sure they get a share in all the money that is being generated from their movies, television shows and any other works that get circulated on the Internet.

This was great news for all the fans of shows such as “Desperate Housewives,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Gossip Girl,” “Lost,” and “The Office,” to name a few.
“The Office” is back with more shenanigans than before.  A new episode aired on April 10 on NBC. This season Michael starts to have feeling for a new woman. In a new episode of “Desperate Housewives” which aired on April 13, Gabrielle had some shocking news that blew everyone away.

The gorgeous cast of “Gossip Girl” is back with a new episode airing on  the CW on April 21. There is only one question, will Blair be able to bounce back from her plunge down the social ladder?

“Grey’s Anatomy” is scheduled to air on April 24 on ABC. This new episode will not disappoint viewers when Meredith confronts Derek. It certainly won’t dissapoint sophomore Katie Stevenson, who said, “ I’m excited for Grey’s; my whole floor watches it together and I’ve missed that.”

“Lost” is also scheduled to air on ABC on April 24, at a new time, 9 p.m. The brand new episode is packed with suspense as Juliet will present some appalling news to Jin about his wife’s past.

Television fans around the country are rejoicing as their favorite shows return to television, thanks to the efforts of the hardworking writers who create the salacious stories and fascinating characters that we have come to know and love.
